Dr. Frankie James is the Managing Director of General Motor's Advanced Technology Office in Silicon Valley, where her team identifies technologies and trends within the Silicon Valley business ecosystem that may be of benefit to GM. Prior to joining GM, Dr. James was the program manager for Human Computer Interaction at SAP Research. She has also worked for RIACS (Research Institute for Advanced Computer Science), a NASA contractor. She is also a member of ACM’s Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction (SIGCHI).
